7. Support and Maintenance
Where applicable, ongoing support and maintenance services are governed by separate service agreements. Support scope, response times, and service levels are defined within contractual documentation.

8. Confidentiality

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Tavrion Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or services.
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, personal injury, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tavrion Ltd, its director, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms.
11. Termination

— Payment obligations are not fulfilled;

Clients may terminate services in accordance with applicable contractual terms. Outstanding payments remain due upon termination.

13. Force Majeure

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
